These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and All B Soft d.o.o. (“All B Soft”, “we”) and apply to your use of the EasyCollab application (“Service”) and associated websites.
By accessing and/or using the EasyCollab platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as EasyCollab’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use EasyCollab.
- Who is considered a user
EasyCollab users may include:
- Managed Users (e.g. employees using a corporate subscription),
- Free Users (e.g. users on a trial version),
- Site Visitors (individuals viewing publicly available information).
If you access EasyCollab through a corporate subscription (hereinafter: “Customer”), your use is governed by the agreement between All B Soft and that company. In this case, the Customer has administrative control over your account and the content you submit.
- Terms for Managed Users
A user who accesses EasyCollab through a corporate account agrees that:
- their access and content may be monitored or controlled by their employer,
- they must comply with internal company policies,
- the company has the right to assign, limit, or remove user access and data,
- the content entered is part of Customer Data.
All B Soft is not responsible for internal team or organizational relations but solely provides technical infrastructure for communication and task management.
- Account creation and security
Using EasyCollab requires an account. You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete registration information,
- keeping your login credentials secure,
- notifying support in case of suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- License to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use EasyCollab in accordance with these Terms and for internal business purposes only. This license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable.
- Acceptable use
It is prohibited to:
- compromise system security,
- attempt to access other users’ data without authorization,
- send spam, malware, or disrupt the platform,
- upload content that is offensive, illegal, false, defamatory, or discriminatory,
- use the platform to compete with or copy its functionality.
All B Soft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.
- Intellectual property rights
All rights to the software, interface, content, and documentation of EasyCollab belong to All B Soft or its partners. Copying, distributing, modifying, or reverse engineering is prohibited without prior written permission.
- User content and feedback
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant All B Soft the right to use it for providing the Service. All B Soft may remove content that violates these Terms.
Feedback provided by users may be used to improve the system without compensation.
- Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
EasyCollab is provided “as is” – without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or complete security. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages caused by misuse or third parties.
All B Soft’s total liability, if any, is limited to €100.
- User rights and responsibilities
Users have the right to:
- access, correct, or delete their data,
- restrict or transfer their data (in accordance with GDPR),
- file a complaint regarding data processing.
- Termination of use
Users may stop using EasyCollab at any time. All B Soft may deactivate or delete an account in case of a Terms violation or at the request of the Customer.
- Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms. Notice of changes will be sent via the platform or email. Continued use of EasyCollab after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

In the event of a dispute, the laws of the Republic of Serbia shall apply, and the courts in Novi Sad shall have jurisdiction.
