This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how All B Soft d.o.o. (“All B Soft”, “we”)—as the developer and service provider of the EasyCollab platform (“Platform”)—collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data of users (“User”, “you”) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia.

When using the EasyCollab Platform, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data: name, surname, email address, password
  • Organizational data: company name, team role or position
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited, access time
  • Usage data: in-platform activities, tasks, comments, files, and other interactions

All B Soft processes User data through the EasyCollab Platform exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilling legal obligations
